Curbside Pickup at SEA: Simple and Convenient

At SEA, sedans, SUVs, black cars, and shuttles are all allowed to pick up passengers at the arrivals curb, right outside baggage claim.

After your flight:

1. Collect your luggage.

2. Your driver will contact you by phone or text.

3. Head right outside the doors through baggage claim to the location coordinated with your driver.

This is the fastest and most convenient way to get on the road—no elevators, skybridges, or extra walking.

Meet and Greet Service: For Added Assistance

If you’d prefer, we offer a Meet and Greet service where your driver meets you inside the terminal at baggage claim, holds a name sign, assists with luggage, and walks with you to the parking garage where the vehicle is parked.

To reach the garage:

1. Walk with your driver to the nearest skybridge from baggage claim.

2. Cross into the main parking garage.

3. Take the elevator or escalator to Level 3, where your ride will be waiting in the Commercial Ground Transportation area.

Because SEA does not allow drivers to leave vehicles unattended at the curb, Meet and Greet pickups must take place in the garage.
