Acceptance to the Use of Seattle Airport Shuttle Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of Seattle Airport Shuttle is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your booking of private airport shuttles, executive transportation, and all other activities conducted on our website with Seattle Airport Shuttle. By using Seattle Airport Shuttle, you agree to be bound by its terms of use and shall comply thereof. This Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between Seattle Airport Shuttle and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content and computer programs provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. Amendments to this agreement can be made and effected by us from time to time without specific notice to your end. Agreement posted on the Site reflects the latest agreement which you should carefully review before you use our site.
Using Our Websites
Seattle Airport Shuttle provides travelers with the ability to book private airport shuttles and executive transportation. However, you are prohibited from doing the following:
(a) Using our website, services, or tools if you are unable to enter legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or have been temporarily or permanently suspended from our services.
To complete the sign-up process, you must provide your name, a valid email address, and any other required information. You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activities associated with your account. Additionally, you may not transmit viruses, worms, or any malicious code.
Seattle Airport Shuttle Account
Seattle Airport Shuttle is free to use. Our sign-up process requires basic personal information, including your full name, email address, and mobile phone number, to facilitate your bookings. You can deactivate your Seattle Airport Shuttle account at any given time.
Bookings
Booking private airport shuttles and executive transportation with our website require you to be a registered user. When you book with Seattle Airport Shuttle you will be able to select your preferred choice of vehicle based on your declared number of passengers and luggage.
Additional mileage resulting from last minute change requests will result in additional fees based on the extra mileage.
Once your booking is completed and confirmed, the vehicle you chose will automatically be notified and dispatched for your pickup.
You will receive an Email confirming your booking with your reservation details. Please check your spam/junk folder if it is not in your inbox. Please call us if you have not received it and it will be resent to your email.
You can view your past travel history in your Seattle Airport Shuttle account which you can use for business travel expense reports. You also have the ability to delete all travel history.
Bookings are valid only for the time and date specified. Seattle Airport Shuttle is not responsible for customer error resulting in unused reservations or missed flights. When changing the pickup or drop off location of a reservation, rates are subject to change and additional charges may apply and are at the discretion of dispatch and or the driver.
Ex: Cancellations, trip detours, additional stops, flight delays, changes to the vehicle etc.
- Seattle Airport Shuttle “Meet and Greet” from the Airport
Airport “Meet and Greet” reservations will require an additional fee of $50.00. The Seattle Airport Shuttle driver will meet the customer in baggage claim with a personalized sign/placard. This request must be made in advance. The driver will assist the customer with luggage and proceed to the parking garage to board the vehicle.
Short Notice Bookings
Short notice reservations are reservations made less than five hours prior to requested pickup times. We are unable to guarantee service availability or timely service for short notice reservations. Availability will depend on a variety of conditions, including pickup location, drop-off location, time of day and current vehicle availability.
There are no refunds available for reservations made with less than five hour advance notice.
Reservation Abandonment
Reservation abandonment occurs when the driver is unable to locate the customer at the designated pick-up location (e.g., the assigned gate for an arriving flight) and cannot reach them using the provided ‘Day of Travel’ contact number within 30 minutes. If no contact is made within this timeframe, the driver will depart, and the reservation will be considered abandoned by the customer. A $20.00 fee will be automatically charged for reservation abandonment.
Rates
Tolls, taxes and other fees may not be included in the calculated cost of the ride and customers may be responsible for additional charges. This includes toll road fees, ferry fees, parking fees. The driver will notify the customer
- Extra Stop Fee
Customers may add an additional stop to their reservation for an additional fee. Extra stop fees vary and will be charged according to the extra mileage incurred.
- Wait Fees
Wait fees apply when the driver must wait for the customer and is unable to reach them using the provided ‘Day of Travel’ contact number within 15 minutes. Drivers will notify the customer of a $15.00 wait time charge before proceeding.
Payments
Customers must make payment at the time of booking to secure their reservation. Any charges processed at booking are refundable in accordance with the terms specified in the Cancellation Policy.
Personal Identification
Our drivers and staff reserve the right to request personal identification at the time of pick-up to verify the reservation. Failure to provide identification that matches the information on file may result in the inability to fulfill the reservation.
Receipts
Phone and online reservations have the option to receive an additional email confirmation with complete reservation and payment details. By logging in to their account, customers may find a Travel History Page showing prior trips.
Amending or cancelling a Booking
To make changes to your booking, please log in to your account or give us a call at +1 (206) 735-4545 about the changes you would like to make to your reservation (note, additional fees may be requested during peak times and holidays). To cancel a booking, you can call or log in to your account and cancel the booking from the Travel History page.
Refund Policy
A full refund will be given if you cancel your booking 24 hours prior to your pickup time. If you miss your ride due to unexpected circumstances, you can still be entitled to a refund with a cancellation fee if you go online and cancel your booking within 24 hours from your pick up time. However, if the time you cancel your booking exceeds the 24 hours window, we will charge full fare price.
For Credit Card Refunds: Once approved, a refund request is submitted within 24 hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays. The refund is then completed by the customer’s financial institution. Customers should refer to their financial institution to check on status of refund or additional processing time.
Seat belts
Seat belts are provided for customer safety. Seattle Airport Shuttle requires customers wear safety belts while in the vehicle, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure seat belts are securely fastened, as required by law. Operators reserve the right to refuse service to parties out of compliance with applicable laws.
Vehicle Capacities
Seattle Airport Shuttle sedans typically seat 4 passengers with limited luggage space for 2 checked-in items and 2 carry-on items. SUVs seat 6 passengers with limited luggage space for 4 checked-in items and 2 carry-on items. Seating capacity may vary, dependent on location. Oversized or excess luggage may require a second vehicle at an additional cost.
Seat capacity is limited to seats with working safety belts. State laws prohibit loading vehicles beyond seating capacity. Any attempt to do so may require additional vehicle reservations.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
Accessible Transportation
In compliance with federal regulations, our service offers accessible vehicles to customers with disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs and those who are accompanied by service animals. Seattle Airport Shuttle can provide Motorized wheelchair-accessible transportation.
Reservations requiring special accommodations can be made online by providing additional notes during the booking process, or by emailing us at info@seattleairportshuttle.com.
Traveling with Children
Seattle Airport Shuttle welcomes the opportunity to serve our younger travelers when accompanied by a responsible adult. If making an online reservation, please indicate the number of children traveling so we can reserve a seat. State laws do not allow children to ride in the lap of an adult. If your child is under the minimum age/weight standards, you must supply an approved car seat for each child to whom the applicable law applies. A child seat can be provided for an additional fee when booking in advance. It is recommended that traveling parents and legal guardians become knowledgeable about the applicable laws in the states in which they will be traveling.
Traveling Minors
Customers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the ride. Operators may refuse service if a child is not old enough to ride alone and is without an adult or guardian.
Pets
Pets are permitted in Seattle Airport Shuttle vehicles with pre-booked reservations. All pets, excluding service animals, must be kenneled. Pets less than 20 pounds may be held in a lap carrier. Pets larger than 25 pounds may require an exclusive van. All pets must always be properly secured within the carrier . Additional pet restrictions may apply in select cities.
Service animals are permitted on vehicles. Please be mindful of the vehicle size while booking rides with a service animal.
User Error
Customer is responsible for providing accurate information at time of booking. When the customer provides information for travel, the customer will ensure all trip information is accurate. Seattle Airport Shuttle is not responsible for mistakes made by customers while using our service, official websites, or mobile applications.
Confirmation emails are provided at the time of booking to allow customers to review details of their reservation in advance of the reservation.
Travel Times and Delays
Seattle Airport Shuttle and its partners are not liable for significant delays in expected arrival times due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Seattle Airport Shuttle reserves the right to cancel and refund reservations as an exception to our standard refund policy.
Occasionally, severe weather or traffic incidents may cause delays or changes to normal operations. Whenever possible, Seattle Airport Shuttle will provide timely service updates to inform customers in advance. We will strive to meet every reservation commitment we make.
Lost Property
In order to claim lost property, please to contact Seattle Airport Shuttle. You will be required to describe your lost property/item in detail.
Product Pricing & Descriptions
The List Price displayed for vehicles/fleet on our website represents the full retail price listed on the vehicles/fleet itself, suggested by the provider, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured vehicles/fleet offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any day. For certain vehicles/fleet that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which means the aggregate of the provider’s estimated or suggested retail price for each of the vehicles/fleets included in the set. Where a vehicle/fleet is offered for booking by one of our providers, the List Price may be provided by the provider.
In cases of mis-priced in our vehicle listing in which the vehicle/fleet ‘s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before catching your ride or cancel your booking and notify you of such cancellation.
We do not warrant that vehicles/fleet descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a vehicles/fleet offered in our website is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to edit, delete, or modify any terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting a notice or a new agreement on our website. Your continued participation in our program, along with your use of the site to visit and make bookings, after we post any changes, will constitute binding acceptance of those changes.
Acknowledgment of Rights
You acknowledge that all rights, titles, and interests, including but not limited to those protected by Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the site, remain solely with us. You further acknowledge that you will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the Program, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from any of our services, software, or documentation. Additionally, you shall not create or attempt to create a substitute or similar service or product by using or accessing the Program or any proprietary information related thereto.
Seattle Airport Shuttle reserves the right to modify or remove the Website or any part of it, either temporarily or permanently, without notice. You acknowledge that Seattle Airport Shuttle shall not be held liable for any such changes or removal. Additionally, Seattle Airport Shuttle may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website after such changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Seattle Airport Shuttle or otherwise used by Seattle Airport Shuttle as permitted by law. In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Seattle Airport Shuttle (SAS), along with its employees, agents, and affiliates, harmless from and against any and all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses arising from any claims, actions, or proceedings brought against Seattle Airport Shuttle as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other liabilities related to your use of this Website, including but not limited to all services provided, such as driving services.
Fraud
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES are highly monitored in our site and if fraud is detected Seattle Airport Shuttle shall resort all remedies available to us, and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities. If a booking is suspected as fraud, your booking will be automatically cancelled and you won’t be notified of the cancellation.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
The Seattle Airport Shuttle website is provided on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis, without any representations or endorsements, and without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seattle Airport Shutle shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of business, opportunities, data, or profits, arising from or in connection with the use of the website. Seattle Airport Shuttle does not warrant that the website’s functionality will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server hosting it are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Seattle Airport Shuttle’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Seattle Airport Shuttle, its employees, or agents.

You agree not to disclose information you obtain from us and or from our providers, and customers. All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is proprietary information of Seattle Airport Shuttle. Such customer information is confidential and may not be disclosed. Publisher agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such proprietary information in any manner.
Mobile OTP (One-Time Password) sending policies
User Consent: Obtain clear and informed consent from users prior to sending OTPs to their mobile devices. Clearly explain the purpose of OTPs and how they will be used.
Purpose: Clearly state the purpose of sending OTPs, such as account verification, password reset, transaction authorization, or two-factor authentication.

It shall not be construed as a waiver of any future breaches of these terms, conditions, or covenants, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver by either party of any breach of any provision shall be interpreted as a waiver of any subsequent or prior breaches of the same or any other provision.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or difference arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington State, to the exclusion of any other courts, regardless of your state or country of residence, and without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter, and no other agreement related to it shall bind either party.
Your rights under this Agreement may not be assigned or transferred to anyone else, and any such attempt may result in the termination of this Agreement without liability to us. However, we reserve the right to assign this Agreement to any person at any time without notice.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.”
